What we do with your data

Short version: we collect what we need to run the conference, we keep it for as long as that takes, and we do not sell it. The longer version is below.

Ask us anything

Questions about your data, or want a copy of what we hold? Write to loop@n8n-events.example and a human replies within 30 days.

Concept site — the checkout stores nothing.

Who is responsible

This page describes how the LOOP 2026 organising team handles personal information for the event at Kraftwerk in Berlin. If you want to reach a human about any of it, write to loop@n8n-events.example.

This site is a design concept, not a live ticketing system. Nothing you type into the checkout is stored, transmitted, or charged.

What we collect

Only the things a conference actually needs:

  • Your name and email address, so we can send your ticket and tell you if anything about the day changes.
  • Your company and role, which we use in aggregate to shape the programme — never to build a sales list.
  • Dietary requirements, so catering can feed you properly. This is deleted within 30 days of the event.
  • Billing details required for the transaction, handled by our payment processor. We never see or store full card numbers.
  • Basic, aggregated analytics about which pages people visit. No cross-site tracking and no advertising pixels.

What we never do

  • Sell, rent, or trade your details to anyone.
  • Hand the attendee list to sponsors. If a sponsor wants to reach you, they have to earn it at their stand.
  • Add you to an unrelated marketing programme because you bought a ticket.

How long we keep it

Ticket and billing records are kept for six years because tax rules in Germany require it. Dietary notes and accessibility requests are deleted within 30 days of the event. Everything else — analytics, support threads — is cleared within twelve months.

Photography at the event

We photograph and film the conference for the recordings and for next year's site. Pick up an opt-out lanyard at registration and our crew will keep you out of shots; tell us afterwards if something slipped through and we will remove it.

Your rights

You can ask for a copy of what we hold, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Email loop@n8n-events.example and we will respond within 30 days. If you are in the EU or UK and you think we have mishandled something, you can also complain to your national data protection authority.

Changes

If this policy changes in a way that affects you, we will email everyone holding a ticket rather than quietly updating the date at the top of the page.
